Dieting YouTube Lose the Weight

Diet Nutritional, Nutrition HeartI’ve been doing a bunch of video’s on YouTube lately. A YouTube celebrity named Philip DeFranco recently decided to go on a diet and film his process.

In this series of video’s I try to keep him from making the same mistake’s everyone else makes:

  • Accidentally going into starvation mode
  • Following the Atkin’s diet
  • Exercising excessively
  • Not monitoring calories

So far he is making everyone of these mistakes and is already starting to have problems on day 4 of his diet.

In the video’s below I explain my whole diet. I used it to lose 79 pounds in 6 months by:

  • Monitoring calories
  • Avoiding foods high in cholesterol, fat and sodium
  • Not exercising
  • Eating as much as I want, as long as I follow the other requirements
