Here is my Spicy Bean Curd Recipe. I love this recipe because it doesn’t lose its wonderful flavor as you increase the heat in the dish. I also love it because it can be made in 10 minutes and it has many flavors and textures you don’t find in most meals. The Bean Curd (Tofu) is delicate and yet firm. The scallions have a nutty subtle bite. I really enjoy it.
This version is not very spicy, but feel free to double the amount of chili paste and ginger to increase the heat.
