Running in the ColdRecently I tested a ton of different clothes to see if I could inexpensively keep warm while running in sub 20° weather. I found that the less expensive clothes performed just as well and often better then the expensive stuff. I thought I’d share my findings with others out there.

I found that if you layer your cloths and use Polypropylene that you’ll stay warm and dry. It doesn’t matter if you buy the cheap Polypropylene, or the expensive stuff. This is what I use. Continue reading Running in the Cold

So, in this part of my low fat vegan recipes tutorial I’ll make Vegan Alfredo Sauce, Vegan Sour Cream, Vegan Cream Cheese, Vegan Butter sauce and Roasted Ratatouille. Low Fat Vegan Recipes 3Today I make 2 of my favorite recipes. I make a vegan meat marinara sauce with homemade noodles. As wonderful as pasta is homemade noodles, made with just 3 ingredients, is absolutely amazing! I then make a mushroom risotto that is creamy and amazing.
