How to Never Get Sick
In September of 2017 I decided to change my diet to supercharge my immune system to avoid getting sick. I didn’t think it would work. When winter ended at the end of March I was shocked to find out I had not been sick one day! My wife and children, who were not on my diet, meanwhile had been sick for numerous days over the winter.
I thought wow I should share this, but 1st I needed a way to prove I hadn’t been sick. I decided I would run a minimum of 3 miles every day for a year. I thought I would definitely either get sick, injure myself, or fail. I didn’t and here is The Proof! I ran over 2,000 miles and never had 1 injury! I cover everything I ate in the video below & and recipes follow. Continue reading How to Never Get Sick
Shrimp Gumbo
I haven’t made a recipe video in a while, so today I thought I’d present the recipe my wife and children love the best Shrimp Gumbo. The feature is definitely the shrimp, but the sweet and yet hot sauce is pretty amazing on its own.
I cam up with this after my family watched The Princess and the Frog. My one daughter is lactose intolerant and the other hates sausage, but they both love shrimp and so that is how we got Shrimp Gumbo. The recipe follows the video below. Continue reading Shrimp Gumbo
Perfect Meal 2
I’m still on the search for the perfect meal! I’m calling the perfect meal a meal that contains all the daily required vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and fiber at the lowest calorie count. This time I made a Lentil, Yam and Collard Green Curry Stew that is amazing. It is extremely filling and just wonderful. The recipe follows the video below. Continue reading Perfect Meal 2

Running in the Cold
Recently I tested a ton of different clothes to see if I could inexpensively keep warm while running in sub 20° weather. I found that the less expensive clothes performed just as well and often better then the expensive stuff. I thought I’d share my findings with others out there.
I found that if you layer your cloths and use Polypropylene that you’ll stay warm and dry. It doesn’t matter if you buy the cheap Polypropylene, or the expensive stuff. This is what I use. Continue reading Running in the Cold
