We’ll make Veggie Bacon and Veggie BBQ Tofu that is unlike the nasty stuff you get in stores. Then will make the lowest calorie Vegan Cheese I have ever seen. ( 1/4 Cup is less then 50 Calories ) Then I’ll take a look at 40 calorie noodles called Tofu Shirataki that we’ll use for our Mac n’ Cheese.

Low Calorie RecipesI thought it would be fun to show a few low calorie recipes that I really enjoy. I received requests to find some low calorie alternatives for ice cream, so I’ll show how to make a Strawberry Sorbet, Tofu Ice Cream and an awesome low calorie Banana Ice Cream. I also received a request to make a sweet Mayonnaise so I do that as well. Then I’ll finish with a super low calorie Coleslaw that I eat all of the time.
