- Find a good domain name
- Purchase the domain and hosting plan
- Install WordPress and set up the required database
- Install SEO, Sitemap, Article Aggregator, Contact, Smart Phone Theme and Debate Plugins
- Add at least 20 good, keyword filled articles
- Index the site with 40 search engines and directories
